Pose...JK
Hehehe...so I all posed them up for a picture cuz' they (Left to Right:Regina, Jamie, and Yvonne) looked so cute as we were waiting in line for some good Italian food at the Italian Fest. Then, I, completely inadvertently had it on video. Watch their let down. :)
A Bit of Mid-October @ FUS
The beautiful Christ the King Chapel...in the Fall. I often get to take in a scene like this as I walk up the Franciscan Hill. Breathtaking beauty of God's creation!

Gingerbread House Time!
Oh ya...Gingerbread House goodness in action.
You can see how excited Francis is by the way he is moving around in the beginning. That must be heaven for a toddler. Think about it. Making a candy-house and then eating the gummies and frosting while your making it. Amazing. Thanks mom for sending it with!
Decorating the Gingerbread House
Gingerbread House Time!! What'cha goin' do if its snowing outside? Make a Gingerbread House off course (today we baked cookies too - that's the other option).
Here is the initial Gingerbread House...pre-made, hard as a rock and scantily sealed, gingery goodness. The dilemma is: how safe will it really be to eat? >

Ta Da!! The finished product with the two Masters of Disasters. I was so proud of Francis. He did all the decorating with very little guidance (I just did the frosting). He color-coordinated the gummies, kept everything pretty symmetrical, etc. Katherine thinks he' s an architect in the making! >
